1. Information We Collect

To operate the shared Party Room booking service, we collect only the minimum information needed:

Unit number — the apartment unit you enter to access the calendar.
Booking details — the date and time slot selected (managed by the manager).

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any other identity data.

2. How Information Is Used

Your unit number and booking details are used solely to display and manage Party Room availability on the shared calendar. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where Information Is Stored

The data is stored in a secure cloud database (Cloudflare D1) provided by Cloudflare, a service provider that maintains industry-standard security practices. Access to the service is encrypted (HTTPS).

4. How Long We Keep Information

Booking records are retained for a limited period only — past bookings are automatically deleted after 90 days. Current and upcoming bookings are kept until they are no longer needed or until you request deletion.

5. Your Rights (Access, Correction, Deletion)

You may request to view, correct, or have your records deleted at any time:

To delete all records associated with your unit number, contact the building manager — they can remove your unit's bookings immediately.
Alternatively, use the manager's "Delete by unit" tool in the service.

Upon a deletion request, all records tied to your unit number are removed.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission and restrict write access to authorized managers only (password-protected). Bookings can only be created or cancelled by the manager.
